   * We do so if it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of HEARTS & ROSES LONDON Brand's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
    * Hearts & Roses Australia does not provide any personal information to any advertiser. However, your name, address, contact details as necessary will be printed on our Deliver Notice on the packaging when we send your goods and we do NOT permit any companies or parties to miss use this information.
