Return Policy

  • We are more than happy to accept returns for exchange of size, colour, or any style/s of equal value. If you choose a higher value item/s, the difference is payable to us. Refund or store credit will be issued if the item has manufacturing faults, the wrong product was shipped, or you change your mind.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted for all refunds including orders shipped free of charge (with $100+ free shipping advantage) The shipping costs will be deducted from total purchased payment. For shipping charges, see our Shipping Information. If you like us to issue a store credit, we will issue the store credit in full purchased payment, no deductions.

  • Return must be within 14 days of the original delivery date of the order. Return date is valid from the date of the original delivery and the date we are informed/received email.

  • Only one exchange can be applied to an original sale within the exchange time period.

  • Before sending the return item/s to us, please inform us regarding/reason for the return by sending us an email.

  • Returned items must be in perfect unworn condition with all tags in place. All tags must be as its original and item MUST NOT be damaged, worn, stained or washed. Return will not be accepted if the items are worn, damaged, stained, washed or original tags are tampered or missing.

  • All exchanges are subject to availability.  If the same style/colour is not available, an alternative style/colour will be offered for an exchange.

  • All lingerie and corsets are non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.

  • Customer pays for return shipping, and we will pay for the exchange shipping.

  • We have no responsibility for returned items until it is received by us. We do not hold any liability for lost packages or goods damaged in transit.

  • Return shipping charges will not be covered by us.

  • Items listed as ‘Sale, Clearance or Minor Fault’ cannot be returned, refund or exchanged.

  • Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice with your returnable item for an exchange to be processed properly.

  • All Australian customers must inform us within 14 days.

  • All customers from abroad must inform us within 21 days
